Therapy with me offers a chance for you to step out of the pace of everyday life and spend some time focusing on what’s been going on for you. Some people come with a lot to say, others aren’t sure where to begin. Both are ok. We work at a pace that feels manageable, starting wherever you are.

 

Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place weekly, either in person or online. We use the time to talk about what’s been going on for you and to begin making sense of things, one step at a time.
